A: All Undoo products are designed in Malaysia and manufactured in PRC.

Q: Can it Remove Old Stains?

A: Undoo is effective at removing a wide range of stains, including many old stains. However, like many stain removers, it typically works best on fresh stains. For older or set-in stains, we recommend treating them as soon as possible for optimal results.

Q: Why is there a yellowish residue after using Undoo Pen?

A: The yellowish residue sometimes visible around the edges of our liquid products, especially noticeable on white fabrics, is a harmless cosmetic effect caused by the formulation ingredients. This residue is completely normal and will disappear upon washing the garment—whether through rinsing or in the washing machine. Rest assured, it does not affect the performance or quality of the product.

For best results, follow the care instructions on your garment label and wash as recommended.
